Report a post, comment or fan

Tap ••• on any post or comment, or open a fan's card on the Near You map, and choose Report. Moderators review reports, usually within 24 hours. To stop seeing someone straight away, choose Block; you can unblock people in Profile → Settings → Blocked Users.

Common questions

How do I leave the Near You map?

In Near You, tap ••• in the top corner and choose Hide Me from the Map. Your pin is deleted straight away. Read how location works.

How do I change or turn off alerts?

Profile → Settings → Notifications, or turn them off for Terrace in your device's Settings.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, posts, comments and votes.

A score or lineup looks wrong.

Football data comes from API-Football and is usually updated within a minute or two. Pull down to refresh. If it's still wrong, let us know.

I've hit the limit for The Gaffer (AI).

AI features have a daily limit to keep them fair for everyone. It resets at midnight UTC.
